The HO Marketing creates all new gift items redeemed against different schems. This must be done first before creating the schemes since these records will be selected during the gift master creation.

When you click on 'Gift Master', the list screen will be displayed with all existing gift items already entered in the system.

1. There filters provided for the search criteria so that you can check if the gift item is already entered in the system.

2. Enter required fields in the filter and press the search button .

3. If there are more gifts in the list you will find the pages at bottom right corner by which you can go to the next page. You can also change results per page to a higher number to display more records in the page.

4. When you click on the hyperlink on the gift name field, the scheme details will be displayed as shown below which can be modified and press update button or f7 key.

When you want to create a new gift item, click the      button. This will display a screen where the details have to be entered. The following fields have to be entered:

1. Select the gift group.

2. Enter gift name

3. Enter the gift description

4. Select the bran name

5. Select gift UOM - Unit of Measure

6. Enter a meaningful gift code.

7. Enter gift description with price specification etc. 

8. Enter an effective price.

9. Ignore the rest of the fields.

10. Press F7 or submit to create the gift record.
