Purpose: To create Vendor Master Details - PO Vendor / Courier

Each Depots & Third Party shipper has to first create all the couriers through whom the despatches are made to either depots or dealers. When you select this option it will list all the couriers who are already entered in the system as a listing page as shown below.

If you want to update details of an existing record, click on hyper link of that record as shown by a red arrow. The details will be displayed to you and you can change the data and click the submit button. If you want to create a new courier detail record click on the button shown on the top of the screen on the right. This will display a screen as shown below where the data is to be entered.

The following fields are mandatory and you must enter the values:

1. Select the vendor category as ' Courier'

2. Enter courier name in name of the organization field.

3. Address Line 1.

Other fields may be entered. It is a good practice to fill all the data available which can be used as reference point at a later date. Three contact details can also be entered. After entering the data click on submit to add this record. Please note that you should not create duplicate courier names. Please check if the name is present before adding a new record.
